The Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) are a medical specialty college of members in public and private health services organisations across Australia, New Zealand and overseas.

The theme of the RACMA Annual Conference is "High Performance in Austere Times". Papers presented will stimulate important discussion and bring to the fore new developments that encompass a broad range of topics, including Health System Reform, Enhancing Medical Engagement, Quality and Safety, Professional Registration and Revalidation, ICT and Emerging Technologies and Public Health. A particular focus will on where the healthcare system’s has failed to deliver quality outcomes such as the UK example of Mid Staffordshire. Are other countries at similar risk?  How can we lead and manage our services to prevent this happening?

The Conference will attract high profile international and national speakers and offers the opportunity to meet informally with speakers and delegates in an intellectually stimulating environment.
